Paying attention to both your mental and physical fitness is very important! Especially when you are a pre-professional or professional student…because that life is STRESSFUL. Β This is something I am not great at but am actively working on. I am always looking for cheap, realistic, useful tips on staying healthy and active even when you feel like you don’t have time for it! When I find these things I will share them with you here!
